Where do you ship?

Since DressMeLikeYouDo is based in Switzerland, we ship all orders through the Swiss Postal Service, known for its reliability and efficiency.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track the progress of your delivery on the Swiss Postal Service website.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery times vary by destination:
- USA / Canada: 5-7 business days
- Europe: 2-5 business days
- Australia: 6-10 business days
- China: 3-6 business days
- Rest of the world: 5-12 business days

What if I haven’t received my order within the expected timeframe?

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please track your shipment using the tracking number provided. If you need further assistance, contact our customer service team.

How long do I have to return an item?

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, the item purchased must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

How do I initiate a return?

To initiate a return, please follow the steps in the order summary section on our website. We will then provide you with instructions on how to send the product back to us.

What should I do if my order is damaged or incorrect upon delivery?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will assess the issue and make arrangements to rectify it.

How do exchanges work?

If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the same procedure as for returns. Once we receive the returned item, we will send out the new item. Please note that additional shipping costs may apply for exchanges.

How will I be refunded?

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The credit will appear within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Please note that taxes paid upon delivery cannot be refunded.

What should I do if I haven’t received my refund yet?

Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please email us as soon as possible at support@dressmelikeyoudo.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request if your order has not yet been processed. Once an order is processed, we may not be able to make any changes or cancellations.

How to choose the right size?

To ensure the best fit for your pet's clothing, accurate measurements are essential. You’ll need a measuring tape or a string and a ruler to measure:

1.Neck Girth:Measure around your pet's neck at the widest point, usually where the collar sits at the base of the neck.
2.Chest Girth:Measure around the chest at its widest point, typically just behind the front legs.
3.Back Length:Measure from the base of the neck to the base of the tail.

Sizes, fit and style can vary by product, so once you have your measurements, refer to the sizing chart and specific measurement specifications on the product page you are interested in.
If your pet is particularly furry, consider choosing a looser fit to ensure comfort and ease of movement.
