Returns
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, the item purchased must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To initiate a return, please follow the steps in the order summary section on our website. We will provide you with the instructions on how to send the product back to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
In case you wish to exchange a product, please follow the same procedure as for returns. Once the returned item is received, we will send out the new item. Please note, additional shipping costs may apply for exchanges.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Taxes paid upon the delivery cannot be refunded.
